Mind control, social engineering, social conditioning, mass manipulation—
regardless of the term chosen to describe it, it plagues our species.
The image some conjure up when considering such a topic is one of direct control wherein the subject has some kind of direct relationship the manipulator.
Although this facet of manipulation, referred to as "trauma based mind control—"is far from being fantasy, strategies for subverting the minds on a mass scale are much more subtle, but nonetheless effective.
Methodologies of Manipulation
By definition, obfuscation is "the action of making something obscure, unclear, or intelligible." With regards to tactics, it is the art of confusion. If one can be kept in a state of confusion, they can be kept in a state of manipulability. If someone is not clear about ideas, concepts, or the actual mechanics of Natural Law, they are much more easily manipulated. The favorites of social engineers are listed below.
Poisoning the way an individual views themselves in relation to the world. When these notions of existence are tainted, it becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy of poisonous fruit.
(Convince people human nature is either inherently good or bad, predisposed, and doomed to genetics.)
(Convince people that the value of an individual is fixed to arbitrary digital numbers, not the infinite spark of consciousness and potentiality which animates existence.)
(Uproot the imagination. Convince people of the impossibility of change. Engrain nihilistic thinking. Stifle the imagination, desire, and willingness to resist.)
These are primal subconscious fears embedded deep in the psyche.
Control the atmosphere, make them dependent. Frogs in water.
The methodology of exploiting nominal differences between individuals, obfuscating true axiomatic Natural Law principles which bind them. For opposition to take place, there must be division.
You want to get them while they're young. A major source of programming comes from what many refer to as "the public education system." The modern structure comes from the Prussian education model which aims to eliminate individuality and engrain indoctrination. After children preform pseudo-religious ceremonial flag worship, they are free to exercise "permission asking" between Pavlovian-bells.
The true tragedy is not the state itself; it's the Stockholm Syndrome it has sold us. It's the fact that people have become so broken by the Prussian school system that they actually fear the idea of being responsible for their own lives.

When 90% of the information we digest flows from a mere handful of sources, manipulation is delivered not just through bullshit propaganda, but through a uniform conformity of the message itself. This allows manipulators to control the scope, range, and flow of our perceived reality.
We must understand that the true purpose of information is to allow us to be 'in form' with that which is—Objective Reality. This 'in-forming' grants us the ability to avoid self-caused suffering by harmonizing our behaviors with Natural Law.
However, when every channel broadcasts the same nonsense, the range of acceptable ideas is frozen. We are kept squarely in the Reptile Complex, exhibiting a state of fear and confusion designed to make us beg for external rescue through the exploitation of our subconscious Primal Fears. Many of these manipulation tactics are so tightly interwoven they seem indistinguishable. Take the control of mass media: it is a monolith built upon every preceding tactic.
All doctors take the Hippocratic oath, which, pledges non-negotiable principles regarding doing no harm, maintaining the confidentiality of the patient, and prioritizing their well-being.
Hippocrates once said, "Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food. The body is a processing mechanism of experience. Garbage In = Garbage Out.
This simple, ancient, axiomatic wisdom has been subverted in modern day to serve such state incentives:

The immune system of the "Managed Reality." When an individual perceives a truth that contradicts programmed narratives, the social body reacts to the triggering of their Primal Fears like a biological organism attacking a virus.
The immediate refusal to process data that causes cognitive dissonance.
The implementation of bureaucratic or social friction (licenses, permits, shadow-banning) to make the truth "too expensive" to hold.
The use of weaponized shame. Labeling the sovereign individual as "crazy," "conspiratorial," or "fringe" to trigger the Reptile Complex’s fear of abandonment by the tribe.
Not to be confused with spirituality or Natural Law, religion is the "Binding of the Mind."
Etymologically speaking, the word "religion" means "to tie back, to bind." Some will argue that this is a sort of "re-uniting to truth," but this only works when they are operating off of correct axioms.
Religion acts as a prosthetic Neocortex, offering a pre-packaged morality that bypasses the need for individual discernment. It captures the "Infinite Spark" and cages it within dogma, ensuring the seeker never looks inward.
It's allows justification to remain in a state of perpetual infancy, waiting for an external savior to rectify their crumbling reality.
Symbolism is the language of the subconscious.

you've noticed it's all around us.
The Neocortex processes words, but the Reptile Complex processes symbols. By saturating the environment with specific ancient symbolic imagery in such things as corporate logos, manipulators bypass critical filters of the mind.
